Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges.

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  1. Product with obvious signs of use
  2. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  3. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds

If any of our products fall below the high standard you expect, we will happily refund or exchange it according to the terms and conditions set out below.
Albidaa.com is unable to procure products: a reasonable time of 7-10 days from the date of authorization should be given.

  1. Items faulty on arrival and non-repairable.
  2. Items are lost in deliveries.
  3. Item is not repairable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Order Cancellation

If, for any reason, you wish to cancel any order you have placed before receiving the Dispatch Confirmation, please contact our Customer Services Team.  We are unable to accept order cancellations after the order has been dispatched. We are unable to accept order cancellations for personalized goods.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@albidaa.com.

Charges and getting your refund

Returns are free of charge for dead received items. Charges will apply for items where you the customer change your mind after the product has been shipped.

Getting your refund
If a courier collects your returned product, your refund will be on the card you used to pay and will be as per the next billing cycle once we’ve received your returned product on Albidaa approval. You must also return any free or discounted products bought together as part of a promotional offer. If the product does not fully comply with our policy, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.

Your Consumer rights

Nothing in our returns policy affects your consumer rights.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@albidaa.com and send your item to: Al Bidaa Group of companies, Al Rayyan Road, Al Sadd, Doha Qatar, P.O.Box: 5647.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and unfortunately, they will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Al Bidaa Group of Companies, Al Rayyan Road, Al Sadd, Doha Qatar, P.O.Box: 5647.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping item(s) over 1500 Qatari Riyal, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
